'First of all the grounds are absolutely AMAZING. They have a huge area with hundreds (thousands? of acres). The landscaping is lush, beautiful and well maintained. Multiple beautiful pools, swim up bars and more. Their onsite restaurant has a good menu and the service was prompt. The breakfast buffet was also very extensive. The room we were in was a dated, but was spacious and clean (95/100). The bed was VERY firm and it was a bit like sleeping on a board. I like a very firm mattress, but...

'Locatie is mooi en top uitzicht op de vulkaan. Restaurant en spa goed. Receptie vriendelijk maar maakte veel fout informeerde ons niet tav covid wijzigingen tav spa ook bleek onze tour niet goed te zijn doorgeven waardoor deze te laat starte. Kamer was eenvoudig toe aan onderhoud veel lawaai en geen blinderende gordijnen waardoor een goede nachtrust niet lukte uiteindelijke een dag eerder uitgecheckt vanwege dit alles. Niet het geldwaard!'

'If you wish to have a great view of the Arenal Volcano, this is the place. The rooms are pretty big and your kids can run around in the room at night. The rooms are not cheap, basically nothing is cheap in Costa Rica for that matter. No supermarket close by...so stock before you arrive. The rooms have a spa bath..again great for the kids. The have 2 false hot springs, one on the property and one at a 10 minute drive from the property next to Baldi Springs. They provide shuttle service for that...

'The property was huge with a beautiful view of sky and town ,my only problem was the lack of communication between the front desk and the restaurant on premise. And that my check out was at 12pm but they told me no its at 11 am. '

'Mooie locatie, dichtbij het park Arenal. Wel wat verder van het dichtstbijzijnde dorp, La Fortuna verwijdert. Het is maar wat je prettig vindt. Redelijk ontbijt maar zeker niet t beste dat we in Costa Rica aten. '

'Hotel is in a great location the grounds are beautiful the room and bed were comfortable with the exception of the in room jacuzzi which we could not use do to the drain not working and the sliding doors to the balcony were cloudy which took away from the view than that nice place.'
