Stayed here for our honeymoon and it was wonderful! The grounds were beautiful, we saw plenty of wildlife including toucans, lizards, and even a family of howler monkeys! The included breakfast was such a special treat every morning. At breakfast you have a view of the volcano, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean, and we really enjoyed our private patio with hot tub. All of the staff made sure we had what we needed and checked in with us via what’s app and always responded promptly, fantastic service! Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

This hotel is hidden away and absolutely gorgeous! The room was lovely and the landscaping just breathtaking. Breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful and friendly. It is just a 5-10 minute drive in to town. With just 26 rooms, book this ASAP if you are planning a trip to the La Fortuna area! You won’t regret it.

This is more than a hotel, it is a boutique resort with delightful staff and lovely grounds. Our kids LOVED the water slide on the property as well as the main pool that was never busy. One day we were sitting at the pool and one of the groundskeepers came over and pointed out a sloth just hanging out it the tree. We also saw a toucan and monkeys. The included breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and accommodating of our picky eaters. Our room felt modern and tropical at the same time. Ample space for the four of us. The location is close to town, but very quiet. We felt totally safe on the property and let the kids go play soccer (there is a soccer field) by themselves wherever they wanted. All in all I would highly recommend staying here.

Our room/Marlan is dark, hot, and noisy. The noise is due to the construction. We were not informed of this huge make/break enjoyment. No doubt this place is beautiful but room lack of nature light, unable to use the terrace due to construction, and the noise destroy the enjoyment. We paid a lot for this room and such disappointment.

The room, grounds, and staff were excellent. Very nicely kept property. The breakfast was adequate with a spectacular view of the volcano. Just a short ride to Baldi Springs and downtown area. I would stay here again if in the area.

This place is a hidden gem, you think youre getting a small family run hotel but wheb you show up you think youre staying at cesars palace. The staff are all amazing, they treat you like a king, not to mention the rides to and from your villa right to the front parking lot to get to your car... these think of it all! We wish we had more time to spend here as it felt like a 10-star hotel, when we come back in the future there is no question we will def be booking here again!

Beautiful secluded gated property with views of Arenal Volcano. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Located close to town, La Fortuna waterfall and a short drive to Arenal Volcano. I booked a room with 3 beds for my husband, myself and our 2 sons in their 20's. Exceeded expectations as it was actually one unit with 2 separate rooms and an outdoor patio. Only downside is a bit of noise from other units. The grounds are stunning to walk for bird viewing, and flora. 2 pool areas, one with a slide and plenty of niche spaces. Fresh eggs in the restaurant from on site chickens and even peacocks!!

Very nice property. Overall, nicely maintained grounds and individual suites. Restaurant was great although the service was a bit slow. Also, there is construction going on down near the river so we had limited access to the grounds.

The entire hotel is made up of villas. They have 3 pools, basketball and soccer. Close to all the activities. Very nice hotel. We would stay there again.

I can’t imagine a more beautiful place to stay in La Fortuna. The rooms were so comfortable and had everything you could want - gorgeous bath/shower, comfortable beds and you were tucked away in the jungle but could walk to the fabulous restaurant, pools, or spa. Yes we even enjoyed a very relaxing massage in the beautiful spa. On top of all this, the staff from the minute you’re greeted and get a tour of the property to the waiter(s) at the restaurant, and even friendly greeting from the grounds keepers, everyone was so helpful and friendly! We are already thinking about when we can return!

The hotel is a great location for accessing the beaches in Potrero. We were able to walk to two different beaches easily, and a couple restaurants. La Jama restaurant is right around the corner and was a great spot for us. The property is well maintained. We had no problems cooking in the kitchenette. We’d stay here again for sure!
