'The check in process was a nightmare! The room was not ready at 3pm. We had to come back twice for the room and finally at 3:20pm it was ready.'

'Very attractive hotel and rooms and bathroom. I’m sensitive to noise and facing away from plaza and being on 4 floor felt quiet. Breakfast mediocre. Need more protein besides yogurt w lots of sugar. Towels soft and plush and good bed and pillows. Biggest drawback in the room is no chair. Only woven bench seat that was uncomfortable so if you want chair for working at desk or reading there’s nothing like that and forced to sit on bed which I don’t like. Valet so kind and helpful.'

'Gorgeous! Clean, comfortable, beautiful grounds. Close to the freeway but you would never know it. No noise from the roads. Great walk through the vineyards. Room was beautiful. Staff was great. Will be back!'

'The room was clean and comfortable, however I was placed in a room that had a lot of loud noise (maybe washers?) going all night. It was constant noise. In addition to that, the TV never turned completely off. When I turned it off it maintained a backlight in it and never went dark. Between the noise and the lit up TV, I did not sleep at all. I chose Fairfield because it was highly recommended to me, so I was very disappointed.'

'We love the Astro! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are artsy, clean, and spacious, and the property is also well maintained. It feels like apartments rather than motel rooms. We also like the lounge and the other guests that were staying there. Would definitely return if we’re in the area.'

'Staff were very friendly, room was nice and clean, I didn't have breakfast but my daughter and husband had breakfast they've enjoyed it. We stayed in a different hotels every week since May 2026, this was the best hotel out of all. The bedding smells good. I wish I can stay more but I need to go back to work.'

'Wonderful bottom floor room with a patio that was just steps away from the pool. We had the pool by ourselves for over an hour. Water could be a tad bit warmer but cooled us off anyway. Room was decent. Liked having a fridge & microwave. Came in handy for leftover meals. Full free breakfast spread was great! 'I still can’t believe the experience I had at check-in. The gentleman at the front desk instructed us to look through the window first before entering the room to ensure no one was already inside. Who does that? He then proceeded to charge for everything, including coffee from the reception, claiming it would be free again next month. However, he failed to charge the complete deposit to the man in front of us. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I’d rather stay somewhere else next time...
