'Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. 'The Barcelo Huatulco is the perfect size. Not too big, not too small. The specialty restaurants are very nice. The buffet restaurants are excellent as well with a wide variety of foods. You will always be able to find something that you like. The salad selections have improved considerably in the buffets. What makes the Barcelo so special are the people. Everyone does their job really well but they have so many people who go above and beyond and make it a truly special place to come back to...
