Motels in Kyushu

'During my stay, I discovered a small bug crawling on the pillow that appeared to be a bed bug. This was quite concerning and made me uncomfortable about the cleanness of the room. I immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff, and they promptly arranged another room which I appreciated. In addition, the room had an unpleasant, musty smell.'

'Very nice hotel. Quite new'

'Goed'

'Great view, nice hotel'

'Prachtige ligging tegenover kasteel, alles op Loopafstand, goede kamer'

'It’s a nice hotel with great views and big rooms. The service was a bit too much for us, but the visitors from mostly Asian countries seem to like it that way. The staff and breakfast was a bit rude, but so were the other guests in the restaurant. Might have to do with limited space for everyone.'

'Nice new modern building but no pool. Sauna is nude . Breakfast is always with cue, we did 7:30 and 08:30 and 09:30. Waiting everywhere 30 minutes.'

'When I arrived the Ohara festival had just started, which meant Tenmonkan was closed off. That also meant public transport either did not run, or was forced to take a detour. Something to remember if you’re ever in Kagoshima in the beginning of November. The room is a standard size, the noise coming in from the streets virtually nonexistent. The hotel staff was very friendly.'
