Family Get Together

This was a lovely place to have a family celebration for a 70th birthday. The rooms were plentiful, comfortable, and clean. The area had lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and was close enough to both Austin and San Marcos for swimming and river floating.

What a Lovely Spot

This was the perfect spot for our travels which included wild flowers in the hill country, the Austin River Walk, friends and the 2024 eclipse.

We attended grandsons wedding in Kyle and stayed at this beautiful home! It was spacious, comfortable had every convenience of home and conveniently located! We will definitely consider this lovely home next time in Kyle!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Excellent location and the house is very spacious. We had 7 staying and had plenty of room when the three local family members joined us for dinner. The yard is beautiful. We had everything we needed. I would stay here again!

The property was located close to our destination. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and feels very homey and comfortable. It has all of the amenities you made need. The owner was very accommodating to our special needs.

Lovely home with lots of room and supplies

This home is so lovely it was a joy just to see all the decorations and antiques! It accommodated our group very nicely and had lots of supplies for the time we stayed. Only thing is the downstairs area does not have a full bathroom (in case a guest has limited mobility).

harming and Comfortable Weekend Getaway!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this charming house in Kyle, Texas! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. It was stocked with everything we needed and more, which made our stay incredibly comfortable.The check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, with very few chores to complete. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and the overall convenience.Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Family members were arriving from around the country for a wedding. Everybody or couple had their own bedroom and there were many gathering spots both inside and outside for family to spend time together. Also the kitchen could accommodate lots of food being made for all.Great house - we would be happy to rent it again in the future.

I truly had an amazing time at this location. Beautiful and spacious home, gorgeous neighborhood, amazing communication with the host at all times. It was comfy and cozy and very close to float the river in San Marcos. Will be booking again. 10/10

The coziest home away from home!!!

This property was so incredibly charming. It was clean and very kid and pet friendly. The neighborhood also felt safe which was a plus for us! The host was always very responsive for any questions I might have had. We would definitely stay here again, given the opportunity!!!
