'After a bit of a shaky check in with regard to a room we didn’t like, the staff resolved the issue and we we were given a room that was satisfactory. 'I was there for 2 concerts at the Rogers arena. Hotel is well situated and close to everything. I was travelling alone and had no concerns with safety. Construction noises can be a bit irritating but this isn’t the hotel’s fault. Very close to Granville which is a very lively and busy street with every food option available. Sunset Beach is a few blocks away. I had hot water the entire stay. Beds weren’t the greatest but not the worst either. '

"Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. I arrived a bit too early and they were able to provide me with a room hours before my check-in time. I did notice that the elevators were a bit too crowded when there are Conferences going on and since you're not able to easily switch elevators, you might stop on every floor before getting to the lobby (which might be a few of you're high up). Other than that, loved my stay here and would definitely come back again"
