'Personeel bij de receptie was niet erg vriendelijk. Personeel buiten biedt daarentegen keurig hulp aan. Zeer verouderde kamer en kan een flinke opknapbeurt gebruiken. Ligging van het hotel is top! Er is gelegenheid tot parkeren onder het hotel, maar te weinig plaatsen beschikbaar voor het aantal gasten. Soms flinke tijd moeten afwachten voordat er iemand wegging en parkeren een optie was.'

'The room was amazing the staff was very friendly the only thing i will say was, when we got to the hotel a guest told us the hot tub was not working, we called down to the desk to confirm, they checked confirmed it was working all of us go down to the hot tub and it wasn't working so we went to the front desk and the guy was very standoffish.and told us oh well, but all the other staff where great and the hotel was beautiful '

'Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. I arrived a bit too early and they were able to provide me with a room hours before my check-in time. I did notice that the elevators were a bit too crowded when there are Conferences going on and since you're not able to easily switch elevators, you might stop on every floor before getting to the lobby (which might be a few of you're high up). Other than that, loved my stay here and would definitely come back again'
