Amazing service, Ewa was lovely and gave us an upgraded room for free! Facilities were clean and close to the Old Town. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Mooi appartement aan de rand van het centrum! Inclusief receptie waar 24/7 iemand is. Heel netjes en vrij nieuw en met een tramhalte voor de deur. Wij zaten wel in een ander gebouw dan het adres op de website wat 200 meter verder van het centrum is.

Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging heavy furniture across the bedroom and it echoed throughout the 2nd floor. That being said, we would happily stay here again.
