'We absolutely loved this house. It had plenty of seating for watching TV and dining inside. We also ate outside at the outdoor table and built a fire in the fire pit. Three deer came to visit us almost every morning and one morning a moose. It was easy to walk into town taking the road, turning to the right and onto Vine street into town. Easily walk to the market. There’s a park nearby. Every bedroom has its own thermostat. The beds were super comfortable. My only suggestion is that the knives...

'The property itself was great. The issue was the trailer that was parked across the street w two unleashed dogs that pottied in the yard and chased after both me and my dogs when we were out and I was not able to safely potty my dogs without driving elsewhere generally back to Grand Lake to walk and potty them and me safely.they came Friday evening and stayed the whole time'

'Overall, the cabin was cozy despite a few issues such as: The floor is not level. That took some getting used to. The wood stove was not cleaned out but we didn’t have to use it. And there was no wood. The kitchen sink leaked. I was able to fix one side of the sink but the compression fitting for the pipe on the other side was stripped. The bottom portion of the screen door was missing. Still, we had a good time.'

'Check in was a breeze, Rebekah provided detailed directions and Instructions. The cabin was cute and rustic with all the modern conveniences needed. Loved the hot water pressure, even though the shower is quite small. The bed was so comfortable and sleeping with the windows open was great. Walking distance to the lake and Grand Avenue. Great hiking close by but with a dog you can't go into RMNP but many other dog friendly hikes. Everyone in town was so friendly and The Hub opens early for coffee...

'This place was close to perfect. We had kids 11 and under and they lived in the game room every afternoon. Kitchen was set up well and they had lots of the things you forget you needed. House was clean and it was just a great vacation spot. Whether it was them or us we missed that there was no air conditioning. It was a little stuffy in the afternoons, but it was usually cooled off at night before we went to bed. I didn't realize it was not on the water, but we could see a view from the front...

'We were very impressed with how clean the entire community. The only thing that made it hard to sleep either night was that on the first evening (late) the door lock broke.
