They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help. 'Everything! It was like a dream, the whole place was astonishing and beautiful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and even tho we did not speak much Japanese, they were kind and patient with us and explained the amenities for us. The room itself was amazing and the views to the pond were great, and the private onsen? Really peaceful atmosphere and very private. '
