'The hotel is not bad, but it's very basic and really expensive! We paid 1900 bath for 4 persons cabin. When we arrived they didnt had a 4 persons cabin like on the picture, but we had to take a room at the reception in some kind of garage. We requested a cabin like on the pictures, we could get it but had to pay 400 bath more. We agreed and got two 2 cabins. They are very basic, not very clean and in one cabin the toilet didnt work well. When we left the other night we had tot pay 800 extra...

'We booked Aaliyah garden resort a week before travelling after a cancellation from Expedia for our original hotel! As accommodation during full moon gets booked up so far in advance, we just booked whatever we could find. We were a little apprehensive but on arrival all that changed. The bungalows are so cute, yes they are basic but have everything you need - including little toiletries in the shower! The best thing about staying here is definitely the staff, Aaliyah - the lady that owns it...

'In juni verbleven wij hier 8 dagen. Ontzettend mooi en leuk resort. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en ze regelen alles voor je. Wij hebben hulp gevraagd voor het huren van scooters, een snorkeltrip en het boeken van onze terugreis per ferry, in nog geen 5 minuten was alles geregeld! Perfect. Daarnaast is het eten in het restaurant hartstikke lekker en het ontbijt ook erg divers. De ligging van het resort is erg centraal, je kunt makkelijk naar het noorden en naar het zuiden. Kortom,...

'Very good price for a beach front hostel. It does get more expensive during full moon week and you are encouraged to stay for 5 days. Everything was great other than the staff. The one guy (reminds me of Jaffar from Aladdin) was extremely lazy and stubborn. It is annoying at first but it is fine as long as you use his laziness to your advantage (ie. Do things you usually aren't aloud to do because he does not care)'
