'We had a wonderful stay at De's Cottage! The cottage is warm, comfortable, and very family-friendly. It's a very short walk down to the river where my kiddo enjoyed fishing. The home is clearly loved and well-lived in, but very well maintained and comfortable. Good to know: there are steps up to the main floor (not a problem for us), but with the steps come some beautiful views. 'Lovely place to stay right in the heart of Guerneville. Nice upgrades and lovely decor. Wonderful and private rear outdoor area with hot tub, ping pong, firepit and a great dining area. Also a nice deck with seating around the front ..great for sipping a glass of wine.Beds were super comfy, Bathrooms were very nice. There were special touches and extras throughout the house.Everything was very clean and it was super comfy!I would highly recommend booking Katy's place - you will love it!'

'Excellent communication, helpful tips, air conditioning was a life saver for the heat. Patio and deck were lovely to spend time amongst the trees. I partticularly enjoyed the old school microwave and hood, and found the kicthen to be very capable. The baby travel crib was super helpful as well for our 9 month old.'

'The five of us really enjoyed our stay. The property is wonderful and well stocked. We were surprised to have the hot tub maintenance person show up one day around 8am, but otherwise it was an extremely peaceful and private spot. Would stay there again! '

'Our stay at the Dry Creek Cabin was beautiful, comfortable and cozy. It was well appointed, had a very comfortable bed, an updated kitchen with everything you’d need, a great deck with a Blackstone grill, and views for days! The stars at night were just gorgeous. The cabin in the middle of vineyards was such a treat and we would not hesitate to book it again or recommend it to friends. '

The fireplace was a beautiful element that made the evenings so cozy. The entire space was spotlessly clean, and the space was just as it looked in the photos, with the comfiest couch to lounge on. 'Check-in was easy at the gate and door. The kitchen has everything you need. Loved how quick the freezer worked.'

'Love Monte Rio Tree house great location, great hot tub, so close to Monte Rio public beach for enjoying the River. Spent a great day at Riverelectric swim club. So fun. This house has a lot of stairs, very well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We will be back. '

'We had an amazing time gazing at the trees, listening to the nearby creek, and relaxing in the hot tub. We needed a relaxing getaway and couldn’t have picked a better property for that purpose. Check out and in were straight-forward and easy. Cute, cozy interior with a great wood-burning stove. We had a lovely time and will be happy to come back when we can.'

'We had a wonderful time at the house and in the Russian River area. The backyard was beautiful and fun to hang out and cook in! Hot tub was great and beds were comfortable. '
