The staff at the reception as well as other staff are all exceptionally well trained and friendly. Everything runs as an oiled machine. The restaurant is unfortunately not that "gezellig", otherwise we would have eaten there with the offered discount for hotel guests. The Expedia VIP offer is what made me book this hotel, but in future this will be our go to place as the location is very convenient next to shopping and culture. Only minus is parking. Not possible at the hotel. There are paid parking spaces available within 2 and 3 minutes walking or if you're lucky somewhere on the street near the hotel at 50 cent per hour.
