'notre hotel le plus agreable qui se vit comme une ecxperience.la vue au dessus des arbres est une immersuon paisible dans la jungle.la balade des cascades est magnifique, le personnel adorable.Pour ine experience plus forte qu un hotel classique,je le recommande.Pas possible si on a des soucis pour se déplacer. 'Staff friendly, attentive, striving to help. Loved stepping out to pool and beanbags. Lovely views. fantastic breakfast, lots of restaurants and massages over the water, just over the road Initially seemed a big noisy, could hear the pool filter, sometimes hear the building going up next door. The room was very well appointed and serviced daily. Absolutely loved the staff, always available and happy to assist.'

'I checked in after midnight. It was a little difficult to find but the good news was that there was someone at the front desk to check me in. I got lucky and was the only one in the female dormitory. Clean and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good and it was included!'

'Such a cute place! the staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. very quiet area. if you know how to ride scooters this place is def the best! Rental is a 1 min walk away. I was a bit wary because of little reviews on expedia but it was better than i expected. They even offer excursions, shuttle to beach cliff restaurants, and drivers to hire. I would definitely stay here again'

'The host Nino is the best! He was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay welcome and also took us to interesting places. He helped us book all our excursions, to Mount Ijen. He took us around town and we got to see places off the tourist path! He also cooks food with his family nearby, and was willing to feed us at any time! My friends arrived around 12 am and he cooked us all dinner and gave us welcome tea as well!! The food was DELICIOUS!! The best Nasi Goreng we had our entire...

'We really enjoyed our one night stay here! The staff were kind and helpful, even giving me tips for getting to the hotel from the ferry over Whatsapp ahead of time. The room was comfortable and pretty with great air conditioning. There were two adorable tiny cats who hung out on the premises who we loved making friends with :) We didn't use the shared kitchenette for anything except the water cooler and fridge, but it was nice to have. Great place!'
