'Room is clean, but would love different mattress queen size vs king. Small refrigerator and microwave in room…love historic area, one room dates back to 1790. Amenities outside are very nice, every thing to really relax and enjoy you stay! '

'This hotel was one of our favorite things about a 10-day trip to PR. We we loved the quiet retreat, including being able to stargaze and hear the birds. The open-air style of the room was fantastic -- we stayed dry during rain and saw very few bugs. Carmen and her team are friendly and helpful. The pool is also beautiful! It was well worth the stay a few minutes outside of either town.'

I had some issues with my flight changing last minute, but Ellen Bay Inn quickly responded to my email with my new details, and I felt like I was going to be looked after.
