'A beautiful location with a nice view of the ocean to the north out the living room window. The process of getting into the house was straightforward, although be aware that the entrance was the second door (with the padlock). Also: The roosters say “good morning!”'

'Expedia showed gorgeous water views- the room was NOT as described or pictured! In the back with just a very partial view mostly from the bathroom. Amenities were sparse and basic- no paper towels,no blanket, no dryer, etc. Will be contacting Expedia when I return home-did not have option to understand this when booked- '

'The apartment was generally clean and the host was friendly and responsive. They allow guests to store luggage in the basement before checking and after checkout. It is 2-3 blocks from the restaurants and 12-15 minutes walk from the beaches so having a place to store luggage made it easy for us to explore the area. The shower temperature was never right: it was either too hot or too cool. Other than that, the place was fine.'

'The owners were very nice and caring. For the first night, they placed me in a different property, as they informed me on arrival that the studio I rented would be available starting the next day. The studio is modern and mostly clean. The fridge is tiny. I found the selection of foods in a supermarket to be much more limited than on other islands, with many items past expiration. I don’t think saving money by cooking would work well. The bed was comfortable. The TV didn’t have regular channels,...

'large rooms light and airy (upstairs , downstairs seemed like they may be a little dark and there would be people walking past all the time) steps to upper floor slippy in the tropical weather so be aware if this is a thing for you. all staff, like everywhere in Antigua very friendly and helpful (one minor exception - housekeeping on day of departure a little rude / brusk). quite location , except gardening noise most days (they have to be maintained) walking distance to restaurants but...
