  • Dit prachtige huis met 5 slaapkamers, elk met een eigen badkamer, in Sanderling heeft een fantastisch uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf de bovenste verdieping en de slaapkamers aan de oceaanzijde. 1.500 vierkante feet aan decks, inclusief wrap-around op het middenniveau met toegang vanuit 3 van de 4 lagere slaapkamers. Een lift is toegevoegd voor uw gemak samen met een grote slaapkamer met badkamer met roll-under gootsteen en handgrepen. De keuken beschikt over Quartz werkbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten met twee magnetrons. Op de bovenste verdieping van de hoofdslaapkamer voelt u zich vorstelijk met zijn extra grote badkamer met ligbad in de tuin, aparte wastafels en een grote betegelde douche met dubbele douchekoppen, regendouche en massieve jets. Ten slotte maakt het gemak van de privé loopbrug naar het strand en duin topdek met bank vakantie in dit prachtige huis iets dat u nooit zult vergeten. Ook gebouwd als een geothermisch huis om milieuvriendelijk te zijn.

Nice place! Well stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms and baths, unbeatable view, plenty of beach chairs and sand toys for the kids.

This house was amazing! The kitchen was as well equipped as any rental house we’ve ever stayed out. Host provided good communication leading up to the reservation. Highly recommend this property.

First time to OBX , Friday check in is great , traffic was good .

Great location, house is beautiful and the layout of house was good , everyone had their space . Loved being right on the beach , screen in porch was awesome, I do suggest that someone looks at the bunk beds , they are loose and are not sturdy . I would definitely rent this house again .

4th of July at Duck

2 of my adult children and their families stayed for a week---11 people in all. We visited for 2 dinners, and were very pleased with all of the aspects of this home---the layout was perfect and the view and proximity to the ocean ideal. We would highly recommend Cats' Paws!

Great house in great Duck neighborhood

Great house on the beach in an awesome Duck neighborhood. The only area for attention in the house is the screen porch which could use additional cleaning. The Climb down to the beach, over the dune was steep so you need to be in good shape. The stairs down (if they are there) have long since been covered by sand. There are neighborhood access that are near you could use for beach access. Great easterly view. Saw a gorgeous sunrise drinking a cup of coffee from LR window. The dunes are high in this area of Duck so we couldn’t see the beach from the house. All in all I would rent this house again.

Great house!

Great house! It would be nice if you kept the windows clean. They were so caked with bugs the view was ruined. The rain came in the night before we left and cleaned off the bugs. But I wouldn’t use the deck or furniture because of all the dead bugs. Also the ice maker doesn’t work in the fridge. Everything else was great. Beautiful home!

Great get away

Sad that the storms had washed away any chance of being on the beach. The ocean gave us a marvelous show from the screened in porch during good and bad weather days. Kitchen needs some upgrades on pots and pans and someone to get rid of coffee makers that no longer work. Bought and left a small coffee maker for those who like decaf. Beds were very comfortable, but pillows all needed to be replaced, old and stained covers on them We bought new ones and left them for the next guests. Grill rusted out, no one answered the phone to report it. We went to the RR office and a new one was delivered later that day. The gentleman also repaired a lose railing with fresh longer nails. A hazard if anyone leaned on it. TOP level!. Great room furniture very comfortable and easy viewing of lg screen TV. Elevator a wonderful amenity.

overall great. could use a deep xlean on hvac vents and windows. was a small ant infestation in kitchen. elevator broke on our last day.

Outer Banks - Duck

The property was very nice and accommodating. We did call maintenance about a couple of issues and never received any action on them. The worse thing were the midges (small flying insects) that were everywhere! I understand this is not an always occurrence. The screen porch on the inside was covered with dead ones which probably should have been cleaned off, thus the lower cleaning rating.

Beautiful, modern beach home

Every bedroom has it's in bathroom and is it ever spacious, 3 king bedroom. Very clean.. Beautiful decks all around, great views of ocean and plenty of parking of space. Well equipped kitchen. Will come again.

Perfect house for three-generations

This was the perfect house for us, our daughter, her children and grandchildren. We fit perfectly -- all the little ones in the bunk-bed room -- couples in the others. We never felt crowded. Beach access was such a plus. The elevator made hauling suitcases and supplies an easy task. The furnishings were comfortable. What more can I say? We even saw a huge cat pause on the beach walkway!

A great choice

We have been coming to Corolla with our grown children and grandchildren for 7 years. We were weary of the traffic on Saturday. We took a chance and tried this house in Duck which has a Sunday check-in. Being right on the ocean was an exciting new feature for us. This was an absolutely wonderful house. It fit our family of 6 tall adults and 4 grandsons. We loved that all 3 couples had comfortable king size beds. The table was plenty big for all of us as cooking and eating the evening meal together is a highlight of each day. The outside shower was perfect for getting the layer of sand off. The master bath was very luxurious. Every bedroom has a bath plus a half bath on the living level. There was a supply of games in the master bedroom closet which was so big, the kids could actually spread out on the floor there and play. The house was beautifully furnished with coordinating decor. There was plenty of room for parking. The elevator made it possible for my husband to enjoy being there without stressing his problem knees. It certainly helped us all with move in, move out and groceries.Needless to say, we reserved this rental for next year.
