'Our room wasn't cleaned. We quickly got a new room, but the bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. Staff took care of that; but cleaning is apparently an issue.
The room is very spacious, staff very friendly. Location is great just off Hwy-10.
Breakfast is fine; just the plastic tools and paper plates should be changed back into proper utensils and plates.
Boston Pizza conveniently right next door.'

'The hotels public areas have been recently upgraded and are beautiful. Rooms are in the works (I got one of the old ones, that was clean and comfortable but definitely dated). The hotel staff were phenomenal!!!!!! Especially the breakfast lady. She was there to make sure everyone had a great start to the day and so helpful to get it off on the right foot. Nice selection for breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausages, toast, muffins, juice, yoghurt and some fruit).'

'Rented an executive room after hiking the mono provincial park. Great day hiking followed by a beautiful resort. Or so I thought
The facilities and grounds were fine except when you park there was a sewage overflow, all you could smell was sewage. Coming and going so pretty sure that was a problem. We checked in fine. Pools were fine, the outside pool was dirty with tonnes of leaves and debris.
Dinner at their restaurant was probably a series of unfortunate events. We got to our reservation...
