« A surprisingly great hotel in Kirkland, WA. This is the perfect hotel for folks who want to minimize the possibility of any human interactions! I booked this reservation online, checked in by calling a phone number, got a code for the front desk door, and my keys were waiting on the front desk. The hotel was clean and well kept, and I appreciated the coffee machine and snacks in the room. I plan to stay here again when needed for work. Excellent hotel experience! »

Chambre propre, bien aménagée, avec literie et de qualité. Petit déjeuner diversifié et copieux. Restaurant sur place de bonne qualité également. Seul petit bémol : une ventilation bruyante dans la chambre et difficile à régler. »

« Great location. It was spacious & furnished well. The kitchen had useful appliances & cookware. And the Latch app for access worked well once we got the hang of it. The only thing we could fault was the water pressure in the shower. It was really weak. Otherwise, we enjoyed our short & sweet stay. Thank you! »

« Food options were very pricy, but the amenities were amazing. The gym/fitness center was the best equipped I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Parking was very convenient and the location of the hotel could not be beat. There was so much to do and plenty of places to shop and dine at within walking distance. The woman who checked us in was very kind and answered all of my questioned efficiently. We look forward to our next visit. »

Instead of correcting it, she reported to her manager that we had used foul and abusive language—an allegation that is completely false.
