'The hotel had lots of amenities including multiple restaurants and two pool areas. It was in a lovely location with beautiful gardens. The staff were really helpful and adjusted my check-out time slightly later which was very kind. I also liked that there was a free shuttle to and from the ferry station from the hotel. 'Expedia does not tell you they don’t answer phone calls from foreign numbers & they have no front desk/ staff on site so only way to communicate is thru Expedia. I couldn’t get continental breakfast because Expedia blocks emails & they couldn’t send me payment link. No food or beverage available on site or within walking distance. Food delivery was lame, cash only & no utensils. Decent shower, bed & wifi'
