'Like a step back in time the house was decorated warm and cozy you just wanted to pick up a book and curl up by the fire place and read all day. The kids loved it they loved hiking the mile trail and the cookies in the tin Kathy left for us and the candy in the jar. It was very peaceful in the woods The big deck was great to sit on in the morning and have coffee. Great place for the family to all unwind and catch up with each other again'

'Gorgeous property. Make sure to get up early enough to see the beautiful sunrise from the porch. Kids loved the dogs and husband caught a big bass while fishing at the pond. Will definitely be back! '

'This is a very clean place that is stocked with all that you need! You won’t have to bring your own paper towels, coffee, or toliet paper to this place. Need an extra blanket they have that too. Want to cook a complete meal well they have all of the things that you need to do that. Just bring your food. We had hoped to play in the creek but the end of July just isn’t the time for that. 'Wonderful location. Close to many main hiking trails and waterfalls. We have had bad experiences at rentals but this one was great! Very clean which is important to me. The view was amazing! Elk in the evenings across the street and cows in the morning. Tips for future renters: bring binoculars and a good camera if wanting to get elk pictures. My iPhone couldn’t handle zooming in far enough. Bring cards and board games if wanting entertainment besides tv. Great place and would stay again!! '

'This is a great small well appointed cowboy cabin! We booked unit this as an alternative to camping given the nearby access to centerpoint trail head, and our Ponca canoe outfitter. The cabin is small but comfortable and slept our party of four perfectly. Coming home to a nice bed, shower, and air conditioner after a long day outside was just what we were looking for!
