The open-concept kitchen, living and dining rooms are designed for socializing, seamlessly connecting all three areas. The flat screen TVs (both in the living room and on the porch), and comfortable leather furniture in the living room, makes you feel right at home.

The fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need to make delicious meals from home, including cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, all pots/pans, grill, and more. The dining room table is complete with seating for 8. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee and meals on our porch, complete with comfortable patio furniture to relax and gather with your friends and family.

This lakefront retreat has comfortable sleeping for a family of eight.

Bedroom One is the master, equipped with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, complete with a tub and shower. Enjoy the lake view, and open the sliding screen doors to your very own porch, with just a short walk on our paved trails down to the serene lake.

Bedroom Two is across the hall, also with a king bed, and has a stunning view of the lake, showcasing the other side of the peninsula.

Down the hall is the second bathroom, complete with a tub and shower.

Bedroom Three is downstairs, with two twin beds, across from the large recreation room, which also has its own porch, with direct access to the lake.

The recreation room also has a comfortable pull-out couch, with sleeping for two additional people.

Also located in the recreation room is a dining table, as well as a sink and cabinets for your food storage needs. Feel free to enjoy some games of ping-pong in our garage.

This home is a 5 minute car ride to the popular Warrior’s Path State Park, which offers kayaking, boating, canoeing, and hiking.

This home is 10 minutes from downtown Kingsport, full of mom-and-pop eateries, bakeries, clothing stores, and antique stores, to name a few. Close to Bays Mt. Park and Reserve. Close to East TN State University, and Bristol Motor Speedway.
