'The room looked pretty clean from the naked eye, but I always wipe down everything that I'll be using in the room and of course, I found quite a bit of dirt , especially in the air conditioner flats. The bed linen was fresh, and the room had a decent smell. No smoke, no pet oder. I was comfortable, and slept well the night of my stay. I like the fact that it had an extra security flap on the door. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, as the healthy cereal that I that chose for breakfast was...

'The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom. Bathroom trash can had urine splashes on it. It was situated right next to the toilet. The drain in the tub did not work, unable to close it to take a bath, and the drain was dirty. Also, the exhaust fan did not work.'

'PARKING WAS GOOD AND ROOMS ARE CLEAN. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND WOULD STAY AGAIN WHEN PASSING THROUGH.'

'Easy checkin. Super friendly staff. Super clean rooms and common areas. Bar had great drinks, bartender was super friendly and diligent, and flatbread pizzas were much better than we thought they would be. A comfy bed was the perfect end to the day. Would definitely return.'

Only complaint is that the ad when I booked mentioned a hot breakfast. It was a big part of why I chose this location. But when breakfast time came, it was a bagel bar with cold boiled eggs. '

'The stay was great. The complimentary breakfast was more than ample , but limited of meat options (personal preference - do not eat beef or pork). The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and outwardly helpful. We came into town due to a loss. This stay allowed us to be comfortable.'

'Overall I can only give this a 3 star rating. It says free WiFi but if you tried to join from 321, it says you must get closer. Obviously that won’t work while in my pjs. Room bathtub was rusty. Beds were decent and appeared good. Ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor were both out of order and you have to go down to the lobby to get ice. Breakfast is made to order waffles and other protein options were frozen breakfast sandwiches. '

'Tv in gym did not work during march madness. No place to hang suit. No kurig coffee supplies. No place to sit in bedroom except desk.'

'Uncomfortable chairs, requested two pillows, front desk could only find one. Requested a receipt at checkout, told we had to contact Expedia. Normally Hampton gives guests a bottle of water this Hampton required purchase of water. It seemed like Expedia guests were second class.'
