One of a kind cottage in lower Kings Beach! This unique cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family to stay.



• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: FOUR (4) TOTAL PERSONS including children - *Any guest age 12 or greater is considered an adult by Placer County*



• PET POLICY: Pets are negotiable with rules and an additional fee (plus tax) PER PET PER STAY. All pet fee(s) may not be included in the total price shown for your booking and will be automatically added and/or requested separately.



• NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans will be provided when needed.



• PARKING: Limited to TWO (2) vehicles but there may be fewer spaces when snow conditions exist. No street parking is permitted.



• DISCLOSURES:

*This home has cameras on site. Located at the exterior only.

*Yard is fully fenced but, is only about 3.5 feet high in the front.

*Cabin does not have a dishwasher.

*Some amenities offered are seasonal. Grill, Kayak, Bikes, Upper Deck are available only in the peak summer months.

*Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons on property and at times, mice or even bats found in homes in the area.



This unique home is located in the heart of Kings Beach! The property known as “The Gingerbread Cottage” by locals has a distinct look inside and out.



The intimate octagon family room on the main floor has a 55" Samsung TV to stream your personal Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. Stay warm on those cool nights with the convenience of the freestanding gas stove. This room can also function as a second sleeping area with the use of the new queen sleeper sofa.



The main floor bathroom has a slate walk-in shower with a gentle rain shower head. Additional note: this toilet area is tightly built like being on a boat, so may not be best for larger individuals.



Enjoy cooking with a fully furnished kitchen and high-top dining table and gas fireplace. Unpack and stay awhile using the new, unitized washer and dryer.



Inside, you can snuggle in the queen-sized bed with the comforts of memory foam and quality linens under a 20-foot teepee CEILING in the octagon-shaped, large primary suite. And, enjoy the bright, updated bath with heated porcelain floors. You can also access the private upper deck.



In the Summer, you'll love having two decks, one for grilling and one rooftop for views, and use of bikes and kayaks, you might spend just as much time outside as inside! With the most unique house in the area and a prime location, you cannot go wrong with this romantic Gingerbread Cottage!
