'The property was as described and the host was helpful and easy to communicate with. The community is great and the pool and dock were excellent for relaxing at the end of the day. It’s an easy walk to Kings Beach and, if you’re looking to venture out in the area, a good location to get to Truckee, Donner Lake, and Chimney Beach / Skunk Harbor. '

The location is central to Kings Beach locations, but feels secluded due to the private beach and dock. Having a pool and games was a plus. 'Amazing location just a few blocks from the heart of Kings Beach. Easy access to Safeway and beaches. Plus is that all three rooms are master bedrooms. Having a hot tub was great after a long bike ride, kayak or paddleboard. Hosts were amazingly responsive when we had a question or two.One small thing – it would be great if there was a hairdryer in the unit. :-)'

'Our stay was good and it was very nice to be so close to Kings Beach. The only minor issue of the door code not working was solved immediately and otherwise had no issues. It was nice to find plenty of towels, some laundry soap to use and enough paper towels and toilet paper available in the place. The commuity pool was not crowded and the kids enjoyed using it.'
