'Incredible stay augmented by exceptional staff'

'Great'

'The hotel is conveniently located near the embassies, which is a major advantage. However, the property is in need of maintenance and renovation. Upon entering our room, we noticed an unpleasant, musty smell that made the room feel old and poorly maintained.'

'It’s a comfortable home away from home'

'Perfect stay'

'I was surprised with level of the hotel..i belive it is not 4 star level ..maybe 2 or 3.. The staff are not professional ..in my room which is juniors suite; for 2 nights i couldn't sleep due to the bad smell ( food smell) like if someone is cooking in my room. The breakfast was with very limited choices. '

'النظافة ممتازة و لطف جميع العاملين و خصوصا موظفو الاستقبال'

'Will be always my favorite place in Riyadh as the combination of place, price and quality is excellent'

'We had a nice stay, staff always smiling and welcoming and the location is good and gives positive energy for business'

'Polite staff, clean spacious rooms. '

'Housekeeping never come to clean the room or change the towels during 3 nights. Wrong information on the map location on the Hotels.com website - The hotel indicates Kingdom Centre, but it doesn't match their address...A shame after you booked and organised all your meetings around the wrong place, far away from the Subway (1km) as well'
