« The customer service is unfriendly. No one said "good morning" when they saw us in the morning, coming down the stairs or entering the hotel etc. At late check in we were asked for a $100 CASH deposit that was never mentioned beforehand. I verified with another staff member the day after who said I did not need to pay that. Which led me to believe it was a scam. We got sick during the stay because of the AC unit that smelled like mold and humidity. Not to mention that water literally was...
