Flats in Kimberling City

'As usual the state was wonderful. New boat slip is perfect for our boat and the convenience and location service is the reason we always use reference. The text updates and at times available late check out are just a couple of the things we appreciate.'

'The location and the resort were good. We enjoyed the pool and the beds were comfortable. However, the internet was not set up in the condo, so we were unable to watch any TV or streaming services. The unit is a ground unit, but there are 2 flights of stairs to get down to the unit from the parking lot, which was not stated in the site listing. There were also no instructions on check-out for trash drop-off location (it is located at the far end of the parking lot, up the 2 flights of stairs)....

'This condo is newly remodeled and very roomy, nicely decorated and cozy. The cleaning could've been better. There was food left on the coffee table and a couple of things under the bathroom vanity, but other than that, the place was clean. As soon as I got there I noticed the bathroom seat was so loose that it was barely hanging on. I sent a txt to the host and she replied that she would notify maintenance. It took almost 2 days for that to be fixed. Our stay was only 3 days. Also the remote for...

'The condo was beautifully updated and decorated with a fantastic lake view! It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. Sitting out on the screened balcony was such a treat since the weather was gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, and our grandkids enjoyed the miniature golf. We can't wait to do it again! Check-in and check-out are a breeze.'
