Relax in this 3BR/2BA chalet-style Killington townhome located in the neighborhood behind Liquid Art. Perfect setup for one to two families. Walking distance to the Pickle Barrel (0.5mi), Wobbly Barn (0.5mi), and the Killington Market (0.2mi).

Winter reservations generally require booking Fri & Sat as part of your stay to align with the housekeeper's schedule but I evaluate requests on a case by case basis!

This fully equipped and furnished open-plan townhouse is located in the heart of Killington. Great location right off of the access road that feels very private given its wooded location.

The main floor features a kitchen, dining area, living room with 43" TV, bathroom with shower stall, and laundry vestibule. The kitchen has everything you'll need to make yourself at home, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip & k-cup coffee maker, and booster/high chair seat. Store your ski equipment indoors in the mud room. Secure bicycle storage inside the unit - three portable racks available.

On the second floor, the primary bedroom features a King bed. The second bedroom is a bunk room with one Queen and two Twins. The third bedroom also contains a Queen bed. The second floor bathroom has a bathtub. The King bed has a Casper mattress. All other beds have traditional innerspring mattresses.

Weekend shuttle available at the intersection of Miller Brook Rd and Killington Rd (0.2 mi). Please look up The Bus Rutland for exact operating schedule.

The fireplace is not in service but you will have access to battery-operated candles for ambiance.

The Association has quiet hours from 10pm to 8am each day and the unit is equipped with a decibel monitoring device. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

There is a video doorbell for easy-access to the property owner. The owner is also available via email or phone.

You will be asked to sign a document acknowledging the rules of the HOA's governing documents.

The individual who books the reservation may be asked to provide government-issued ID upon check-in.
