This walk-up condo in the first building of Kihei Kai Nani is across the street from lovely Kamaole II, in a string of the some of the most beautiful beaches on Maui. If you use the map feature, you can see this is in building one - 200 feet from the beach! Yay! Choose when you want to go in swimming by walking out on the lanai. Generous pool, and parking.

You can see the ocean from the lanai, and it is in the heart of all that is fun about Kihei, Maui's dry part of the island. Walking distance to one of the best pubs, lots of shops, an organic grocery store which even has hot take-out for beach picnics (Hawaiian Moons) this is the sunset watching Center of Kihei. Join everyone every evening down on the long low bench facing the sea for the main event!

In February, you will be seeing the sun set from your lanai, and whale action as well. remodeled in 2017, this condo has clean lines and an open airy feel. The 65 inch wall-mount TV lets you enjoy home entertainment if you are so inclined. This unit is best for 2 people with a queen bed is in the bedroom. Extra guests can be accommodated on the two sofa beds in the living room/kitchen area, which are locked - so if you do have more than two people sharing a bed, you must be clear in your booking about this. Both sofa sleepers may be open at the same time. Be aware, there is only the one bathroom. *NOTE: bedding MUST be removed prior to closing the sofa beds(sheets may remain). Failure to do this will damage the springs, at your cost. NOTE: this is not a private sleeping space. There is an air conditioning unit in the livingroom/kitchen area. A ceiling fan is in both the livingroom/kitchen area and the bedroom. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom as well.

Powerful water pressure, the kitchen is appointed with a single spout spray hose and a deep single sink. The blender/grinder is perfect for making your own children or adult beverages, smoothies or baby food. The Ninja coffee maker takes advantage of the great coffees you can buy on island. GE microwave. Plenty of plastic drink ware gets your adult beverage to the poolside.
BEACH EQUIPMENT
Beach towels and mats that go under them between you and the sand are provided, as well as our 4 back-pack chairs and umbrella, snorkles and fins. There is a sand rinsing station at the property entrance: please use it every time you return from the beach. Please leave all the sand out of our drains so they continue to work well for everyone.
