Royal Mauian #610 is on the top floor of the property with close elevator access for convenience. Enjoy sunsets everyday from your lanai that hosts unobstructed ocean views or wake up every morning to views of the Pacific Ocean from your California King bed in the master bedroom. The full kitchen is well stocked for every meal or take a quick stroll to some of the great restaurants within a block away. There is a walk-in shower in the master bedroom and a shower/tub combo in the guest bathroom. Stay cool within the unit with newly installed, powerful split air conditioning system, with air handlers in every room. You will not be disappointed, Royal Mauian #610 hits all the marks! Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings (meaning arrival is within 48 hours of making the reservation) requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

The Royal Mauian is one of the premier properties of Kihei Maui. This Maui beachfront rental is located right on the beach between Kamaole Beach Park I and II. Featuring an oceanfront pool perched right at the water's edge. The lush landscaped grounds invite you to stroll at your pace, enjoying the fresh trade winds and the scent of tropical flowers. There is a rooftop barbecue and dining area* where you can see for miles. White sandy beaches and great snorkeling are just minutes from your condo. It is also very centrally located to shops, restaurants and activities, all within walking distance from the property.
* The rooftop barbecue area requires climbing stairs; the elevator does not go to the rooftop. Due to limited seating, only registered guests are allowed on the rooftop area.

Had the best stay at this Condo - couldn’t have asked for better. Location is amazing, views, beaches, great restaurants within walking distance. Even had turtles turn up on the rocks outside the condo every morning. The amenities were great, everything you could possibly need, oh and the beds are sooo comfortable. Highly recommended. We certainly hope to be back again.

Great location, unit and views

This unit is on the top floor of the building with great views of the sunset and to the northwest. The unit was very clean and had a nice kitchen. Bathrooms were basic and functional. The master bedroom looks directly on to the ocean with a picture window. We would definitely consider a future stay in this unit.

Wonderful Stay in Kihei

My mother (70s), myself (40s) and my teen daughter stayed in this Royal Mauian condo for 13 nights in March. We had previously stayed in a different unit 10 years earlier. We had a wonderful time and would love to return again (but as Canadians this will not happen anytime soon).What we loved about the condo: * the views are amazing and we enjoyed coffee and fruit on the patio every morning. Perfect for watching turtles below, the sunsets are spectacular, and it's so easy to plan your beach/snorkel time as you relax here.* the location is perfect - lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We adore Coconuts, the bakery and so many more. Snorkel rental at Auntie's is so easy and friendly. My daughter and I walked the strip each evening, as it felt safe and friendly.* the A/C - this helped us sleep well each night. I am glad we chose a unit with A/C, as it also cuts a bit of the street noise out while you're trying to sleep.* the beds and furniture - everything was quite comfortable. Don't hesitate to choose this condo for your vacation; you'll love it and love Maui.

Lovely condo with expansive ocean views. Clean and nicely appointed kitchen with spices and all equipment needed to make meals. comfortable beds and linens. air conditioning cooled the condo at night for comfortable sleeping if there was not an ocean breeze. didn't have much in the way of ocean "toys" (snorkels/fins) but can rent right across the street. did have chairs and towels for the beach and pool. rooftop deck is nice with grills, pool is lovely and well kept. walking distance to all 3 Kamaole beaches. there are excellent dining choices in walking distance as well as shopping options. We would definitely stay here again. (2 couples, 4 adults)

Comfort with a View

My brother and I had an excellent stay. The unit itself is very comfortable and well equipped. The building housing the units is well maintained and has nice amenities including plenty of parking. We spent much of our time on our own lanai, but also enjoyed the rooftop terrace where we used the barbeques and enjoyed the sunsets in the evenings. The location is great as you are right on the water with two great beaches on either side of property. There are also plenty of restaurants in walking distance. I also found the management company to be very friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Property!

We loved so much about this rental unit. The pictures of the property are spot on. You can hear the waves as you lie in bed and you can see the ocean from the living room and even the kitchen. Perfect place for a family vacation!

Beautiful Views and Perfect Location

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this condo. The place is exactly as described, very clean, and has everything you will need. We enjoyed falling asleep to the ocean waves every night. In fact, I’ve never slept better. It’s walking distance to many restaurants as well as coffee shops. We are already looking forward to planning another trip and staying there again.

This is the third year my Mom and I have spent a week at the Royal Mauain during winter. The location of the property is perfection...right on the water, easy access to both Kamaole 1 and 2, and whale and honu watching from the lanai. This unit is very well decorated, and the kitchen nicely stocked with all the gadgets you may need. The guest bedroom left a bit to be desired, and I opted to sleep most nights on the couch (thankfully I am on smaller side, couch does not open into a bed). Strange noise (pipes?) in guest bedroom every couple or minutes was so distracting. Neither closet has much space for guest's clothing, and guest closet doors are lying on carpet; not easy at all to open/closed door. It would be great to relocate huge vacuum out of that space. Dresser upon arrival had not been cleaned...lots of finger/handprints on glass. We will be back to RM for sure, not sure if we will return to this unit.
