Luana Kai B309 by KNOWLES MAUI is a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps up to six guests in a prime top-floor oceanfront location. Enjoy 1,100 square feet of luxury living space with huge vaulted ceilings throughout. Every floor and surface of this condo was recently remodeled. The kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, flooring, fixtures, furniture, beds and linens were all updated.

Gather at the large island or dine al fresco on the large covered lanai. In the newly decorated living area, you’ll find a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a large 65” 4K TCL Roku SmartTV and plenty of space to unwind. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is well equipped with a generous array of cooking and dining supplies.

Relax in the master bedroom that has a California King bed, 55″ 4K TCL Roku SmartTV and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom can be made up as two Twin XL beds or combined as a California King, making this condo perfect for either couples or families.

Included amenities are beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, body boards and more. Complimentary high speed wireless internet service, in-condo laundry with washer/dryer and iron/board are all included with your stay.

LUANA KAI is an amenity-rich resort with four free tennis and pickle ball courts, free self-parking, a heated fresh water swimming pool, bubbly hot tub, two dry saunas, putting green, shuffleboard, and an abundance of lush tropical landscaping.

In addition to the 1.5 mile long beach in front of Luana Kai, there are more than a dozen other sandy coves and beaches nearby along the arid south Maui coastline. Within a few minutes drive are the lovely postcard-perfect beaches of Keawakapu, Kamaole II, Kamaole III, Charley Young, and Sugar Beach.

There are many great restaurants near Luana Kai. Our favorites include Coconut’s Fish Cafe, Monsoon India, Nalu’s South Shore Grill, Wow Wow Lemonade (go there for the acai bowls), Miso Phat Sushi, Home Maid Cafe (the best malasadas) and Maui Pie for dessert. If you prefer to cook, there are a few grocery stores close by and 5 grills on site.

Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! Close to local shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The condo was very clean and well appointed with amazing views of the pool courtyard and ocean. Our kids loved the pool and it was always nice going down for a swim after a day out. Luke was very helpful and quick to respond. We found his guide to Maui of things to do, places to see and restaurants to try very helpful. The beach chairs, cooler and bodyboards made our trips to the beaches so much more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet, laid back resort in great location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in the Luana Kai resort. Loved the pool and location. The condo was very nice, and we'd definitely stay here again. Clean, nicely decorated, easy access to Kihei. There are a few maintenance issues that need addressing, but I don't believe these took away from our experience there. We had everything we needed and loved our time there.

Beautiful grounds, updated and modern condo. Very clean and comfortable. Only negative is no elevator in building, being on the third floor had to climb stairs with luggage and groceries. Rocky shoreline in front, beach not conducive for swimming.

Great space, convenient location

Property is very well maintained and clean. It was a good home base while we explored various sites around Maui. Beds were comfortable. Excellent communication by property manager. We enjoyed the balcony with ocean views. Pool and outdoor amenities were a nice bonus. Short walk to the beach.

Great Condo Made for a Perfect Vacation!

This condo had everything we needed - fully outfitted kitchen, comfortable furniture, an array of beach/water gear, a/c that cooled the entire condo, many upgrades, and a good ocean view from the lanai. Beach at resort was a great place for sunset. The resort's outdoor kitchen and barbecues were a definite plus. Owner furnished a high chair and pack-n-play at no charge for our 20 month old grandchild. We found the condo very safe for the little one including the carpeted stairs. On previous trips to Maui we stayed at Ka'anapali. Kihei is a much better location for day trips. I highly recommend this resort and this particular condo.

Great stay for family of 6

My wife, our two young kids (5 and 8), and my parents stayed at the Knowles condo for three nights. The Knowles were fantastic in communicating throughout the experience, and they even provided a great guide to Maui - based on their own knowledge of the island. The condo was perfect, and the Knowles thought of everything to make it that way. Our favorite touch was the beach toys/chairs and sports equipment that they provided - extremely helpful since we couldn’t bring our own. The beds were super comfortable, the condo complex was in a great location, and the Knowles provided everything one could need. 5 stars for sure!

Beautifully updated condo in Kihei

We had a wonderful stay in this Knowles Maui condo! I was very impressed, by both what I saw online and in person, with the quality of the property. The condo is beautifully decorated and updated with high quality furnishings and accessories. In particular, we loved the master bed (so incredibly plush!) and the kitchen (new granite counters, cabinets, and high end cookware). The condo has a large lanai with an ocean view (so pleasant, we spent a lot of time here) and is conveniently located on a main road in Kihei (but is very quiet!). Luke Knowles was a pleasure to communicate with and always responded to my messages right away. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Ocean View Condo

We found this condo to have everything we needed for our family vacation. The nicely updated interior and ocean views were a real plus. The owners provide an assortment of beach gear that we used frequently as we explored the beaches of Maui. Most evenings we prepared dinner in the condo or on one of the barbeques near the pool. Best Property We've Ever Rented!!!

Luke and Maisie "hit it out of the park" on this property remodel. The design, colors, finishes, and furnishings are all perfect for Maui. The unit is also perfectly stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area, and beach items. We're property owners in resorts towns on the mainland, so we greatly appreciate the expense, expertise, and care that has so obviously gone into this unit. Great place

I came to attend a conference in Hawaii and arrived a few days early and stayed at this condo. I would not hesitate to return. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.
