  • Ma'alaea Surf, Unit E4, is conveniently located on the ground floor, just steps away from the large pool. It was completely remodeled recently. This unit is well furnished, features a full kitchen and a second bedroom and bath. This condo features everything including central AC, Wi-Fi, TV, 2 outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, convenient parking, BBQ areas and washer and dryers located in guest laundry rooms on property.

    Enjoy ocean front outdoor living on your large private patio (lanai) with enough seating for six. The beautiful beaches fronting the property offers not only spectacular views but also outstanding swimming, snorkeling and kayaking and are perfect for leisurely walks or jogging. The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 6. All units at Maalaea Surf are non-smoking.

    Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.

The location was amazing! Watched Whales from our patio. Beautiful beach steps away and the sunsets were breathtaking. The condo was fully equipped for everything, even beach chairs. Very clean and check in and check out were easy. Hoping to stay there again soon!

Two bathrooms and two bedrooms gave us privacy, and the common areas were comfortable with stunning views from the patio out to water and West Maii mountains. Fully stocked kitchen, too. Updated in every way! Every other day towel service much appreciated. Spring in bathroom doorset was only glitch, but resident manager Tony promptly appeared and passed tools to our 12 yr old and she was able to free herself from the locked bathroom! It was replaced the next morning!

The grounds are not as beautiful as they have been in the past. But probably the floods. Malea/manager is great to deal with. The maintenance man was unfriendly and aggressive and yelled at me when I was looking at the outside of another beach front condo I wanted to see if I could rent. I placed a chair outside in the ground cover out of the wind one day and also got yelled at. He only needed to tell me nicely. That was upsetting

The location was perfect, right by the large pool entry with a view of the ocean. We had friends staying in for other units and this unit was definitely the most luxurious but still made you feel right at home. The people running the resort were super friendly and helpful, even when we were hit by the natural disaster of the devastating 2023 Maui fires. The property maintenance is impeccable, there was always someone outside raking, sweeping, picking up the pool, cleaning up common areas, etc. management was also very understanding with our large group of people hanging out and having a great time even later into the night. I would definitely stay here again!

The property manager and Reatail manager are excellent, They are the best at what they do, they are always accommodating and respond to all request as quickly as possible. E 4 is a great location the only thing I could mention is maybe a new couch and two occasional chairs, the chairs in the living space could perhaps go in the bedrooms to put pillows and clothes on instead of the floor.

The grounds are beautiful and the central location cannot be beat! The property managers were awesome; friendly, helpful and really made everyone feel like special guests! Over the years with costs increasing, the daily to not daily maid service has changed. During our visit and winds were non-stop and there was a lot of dirty dust. I am totally happy to clean the unit, but feel that more cleaning supplies could be a part of the condo (ie mop, rags, bucket, cleaning products).Love the Maalaea Surf Resort Instagram!
