Mana Kai 711 is situated on one of the most prestigious beaches in all of Hawaii and spares no expense when it comes to luxury and unobstructed ocean views. Mana Kai is situated on the famous Keawakapu beach of South Maui and is conveniently located between Kihei and Wailea. The resort has everything you could need for your vacation. You will love the chic style of this condo that boasts a modern beach theme in luxury. The views from 711 are absolutely second to none overlooking the white sandy beach with views of Kaho'olawe and Molokini.

Living Room: This elegantly decorated room is the perfect place to relax after a day of Maui activities. Relax on the sofa and watch a move on the flat screen TV or enjoy the incredible views of the ocean and Keawakapu beach. You will love the feel and openness of this room that remind you to relax enjoy your perfect Maui vacation.

Kitchen: This designer kitchen features full size luxury appliances, granite counter tops and is fully stocked with everything you might need to make a tropical cocktail or full Thanksgiving meal. There is a perfect dining table with seating for 4 where you can enjoy some quality time with your family or group. You will love the convenience of having a kitchen with an ocean view!

Master Bedroom (A side bedroom): This bedroom has some of the best views in all of Maui. Wake up to the gentle sound of waves and enjoy your ocean view from the comfort of your plush bed. This room has plenty of light and a private luxury bathroom for your convenience. There is also an oversize hallway closet that has plenty of space for all of your things. You will love this incredible bedroom and everything it has to offer.

Guest Bedroom (B side bedroom): This beautifully decorated room offers the privacy and space you need. Featuring a King size bed, large closet and private bathroom. There is also a large flat screen TV and desk for your convenience. You will love the ambiance of this incredible ocean themed bedroom.

Layout Note: The primary (A-side) bedroom features an open layout and does not have a door separating it from the living room. The guest (B-side) bedroom is fully enclosed and accessed via a hallway with its own door.

Lanai: Enjoy the magic of the Maui sunrise over the top of Haleakala and the beautiful sunsets over the ocean from this condo. Your lanai is the perfect place to enjoy a mai tai, catch some rays, and relax! You will be able to see the beautiful Mana Kai pool below as well as expansive views of Keawakapu beach where you can snorkel, stand up paddle board, swim and sun tan. Overlook the teal blue ocean waters and see the island of Kahoolawe and Molokini in the distance! This lanai is second to none!

Beautiful View & Great Beach

Very nice condo. Well appointed, clean and comfortable for family of four. The beach is fantastic and very walkable all the way to the Wailea boardwalk. Sunsets are just beautiful. Grounds and pool seem to be well maintained. This condo complex is located adjacent to the public beach access so the area can get quite busy during peak beach times but we enjoyed the atmosphere with lots of families and people enjoying the area. If you are use to Kaanapali and the incredible convenience of the boardwalk, this will be a change. Unless your walking to Wailee on the beach, you will need to drive everywhere. There is a small store on sight, but for groceries and restaurants, you need to drive.

Great location, # 1 beach in Wailea, gorgeous sunsets! Walk to shops at Wailea! Well appointed, nice linens, fantastic kitchen set up. Beach towels were the negative, thin and flimsy!

Perfect Vrbo for a family of 4. You can’t beat the location… right on the beach and the view is incredible. Every time we looked out the windows we saw whales! Kitchen is fully stocked and everything was very clean. We’ll definitely be back!

Another amazing vacation at the Mana Kai in Kihei

This was our 8th time staying at the Mana Kai over the years and the 2nd time we stayed in this unit. It is a beautiful, comfortable and well appointed unit with the familiar spectacular view of the ocean and miles of beach. The location of Mana Kai is a perfect location for the daily 7km beach walk my husband and I enjoy so much. Look forward to another visit to Maui staying at the Mana Kai!

The view and ocean access from this unit were unbeatable! The beds were comfortable, and there were ample blankets, pillows, towels, and beach gear. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring your eye mask, as the blinds do not block the light, and ear plugs--the roosters start crowing well before dawn.

Luv Mana Kai

Hard to write a good review…. Want to keep this hidden gem to myself. Repeat guest ~ always looking to stay in Kihei when visiting Maui, this time did not disappoint, better then expected and have not had a bad room there yet. Only thing missing this time (10/2022) is the restaurant….. going to miss 5 Palms, but sounds like new restaurant is a Merriman’s brand (MonkeyPod) so should be pretty good.

Great Place But Not Worth The Price

This is probably the 10th time I've stayed at the Mana Kai. I booked this place because it looked much nicer than many of the other units. Here are the pros and cons: Cons: -Nowhere did they tell me that the restaurant downstairs was closed, or that there would be painting and construction going on during my entire stay. If I had known this, I would have stayed elsewhere!! -What also isn't made clear is that this is an entire unit - it is about half the size of other units I've stayed in that cost considerably less. -For some reason they have the bed against the "wrong" side of the room, so when you look out you don't see the ocean. This makes zero sense. -They have the flimsiest pool/beach towels ever! The towels are small and have the rental agencies's info all over them. For this price, I expect luxury is this was NOT that. I called them to say that I needed more towels and they told me that 4 should be enough. I told them that there were only three (which was true), and the woman on the phone argued with me that I must be wrong and refused to give me any more than one more towel!! -The people who live upstairs from this unit must have zero soundproofing and you can hear them scraping their chairs etc at all hours of the day and night. -There are no bathtubs and the showers have almost no water pressure and make a terrible noise when you turn on the hot water. Pros: -The bed was really comfortable. -Beautiful location. -Easy check-in and check-out.

Kihei vacation.

The location was great for a low key Hawaiian vacation. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. Beautiful walkway right off the resort along the ocean and convenient walk to the kites boat dock for snorkeling excursion. We did snorkel right at our beach and saw turtles.
