We invite you to escape to our newest place in paradise. We now have something for everyone at Kamaole Sands. We also own a 1 Bdrm/2 Bath condo at Kamaole Sands, (VRBO 338814).

Completely remodeled in our 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo, which is located in building 10 on the top floor with a beautiful ocean and garden views. Very spacious 1188 Sq ft, which seems much larger. Our condo has the extra large lanai. Since we are in building 10 (the coolest of all buildings) the natural trade breeze keeps our condo much cooler than other buildings. We do have a new 3 way split AC for the living room, master bedroom and the second bedroom. We also have ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room.

The condo will sleep 5 comfortably. The master bedroom features a new king bed and new furniture, bedroom 2 has a twin & queen beds. The kitchen is fully supplied & then some for all your home cooked meals. It features all new cookware and appliance, flatware and dishes. We have replaced everything. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living room, along with a BluRay. Have a iPhone, iPod? We have a stereo for it as well. Free High Speed Internet/WiFi in the condo so you can stay connected to family, friends and work if needed. We also have a washer and dryer for any laundry you may need to do during your stay.

`The extra large lanai is a great place to sit and relax while taking in the ocean views with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We spend most of our time on the lanai. We have all the beach gear you will need and then some when you head to the beach. Cooler on wheels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas and toys for the little ones. To get everything to the beach we even have a fold up wagon for you to use. This wagon is also great for hauling groceries up to the condo. For families with a little one, we also have a Pak n Play.

The Kamaole Sands complex offers 15 acres of lush landscaping, fountains, ponds, tropical flowers and birds. There are 5 barbecue pavilions with Webber Gas Grills and picnic tables located throughout the complex. The large pool, kiddie pool and 2 Jacuzzi’s with adjacent refreshment area, along with ping pong and foosball tables makes it very family friendly. There is also an air conditioned exercise room. Also, don't forget the 4, very well maintained tennis & pickle ball courts. You can even sign up if your looking for a tennis partner. The front desk can also arrange child care. If you need to stay connected and you left your lap top at home, not to worry, there are computers for your use in the lobby.

There is a on site concierge by the pool that can provide you will information on things to do and places to see. On Wednesday evening, join other guests for the Hula Party by the pool. With Hawaiian music and hula dances, it will put you in the Hawaiian spirit.

Just a short walk away is Kihei Village, where you will find shopping and the many different restaurants. Also, don't forget the wonderful shopping at 'The Shops at Wailea', just 5 minutes away. For the golfers, the golfing at Wailea's Gold, Emerald and Blue courses offer great golfing and fantastic ocean views.

Kamaole Sands offers many on-site activities, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Located right across from Kamaole Beach III with it's sandy beach and clean clear water, makes snorkeling, swimming and sun bathing ideal. Enjoy the evening walks on the beach to witness the most amazing sunsets.

Location, location location. Sitting outside every morning and evening and watching the ocean was spectacular. It was the highlight of our trip. The condo was updated and very clean. The upstairs was a loft with a spiral staircase to a large bedroom/bath. Nice little extras were included… a starter coffee pack, starter bath products, etc. Having the beach chairs, toys and a cooler to Use for the short walk across to the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean. Host was easy to contact and checked in to be sure we had a good stay. We would stay again.

The condo was very cozy and comfortable. Had all the amenities you would need for a great time at the beach which was right across the street. Don’t have to go far to watch the sunset in the evenings! A large lanai to enjoy the outdoor breeze and to relax to the swaying of the palm trees in privacy since you are on the top floor. Walking distance away to little shops and a few restaurants or a short drive to many more restaurants and a great food truck pavilion you need to check out. There was some construction work in our building while we were there and it was a distraction, but it wasn’t at the fault of the owner but more of a property renovation as a whole. We still really enjoyed Kehei and exploring Maui!

My family has been lucky enough to visit Maui four times, but this was the first time our condo was close enough to walk to the beach. It was wonderful! Kam III is a great beach. When there are waves, it is perfect for boogie boarding. When the water is calm, the snorkeling is great. We really enjoyed the dining options in Kihei as well and everything is so close by. As for the unit itself, I’m a stickler on cleanliness and I cannot think of one thing to critique about the housekeeping.The beds are comfortable and the lanai is spacious. We enjoyed playing board games at the kitchen table, and the large kitchen island made lunch-making or snack-packing a breeze. I really hope we can come back one day!

This is a stunning condo! It comfortably accommodated our family of 5. We spent a great deal of time on the lanai each day watching the sunset. The grounds beautiful! We spent time at the pool nearly everyday. There was several grills on property. Kam 3 beach is directly across the street. There are many beaches just a few minutes away. I would highly recommed this place!

Wouldn’t stay here again

The unit was clean and okay for those on a budget but I wouldn’t stay here again. It felt really dark and I hated that the master bedroom was just an open loft. We couldn’t watch TV without everyone hearing it and there is absolutely no privacy. The second bathroom was tiny which was hard for all our kids to share. The second bedroom was very crowded although it was nice to have a queen and twin bed. The beach is right across the street which is nice but there are a lot of homeless people and it didn’t feel too safe at least not alone. The pedestrian gate to enter the community didn’t lock. I booked this thinking it was a nice walkable neighborhood for food and shopping but it really wasn’t in my opinion. The sunsets were beautiful however, and the sand on the beach was so soft and nice to walk on.

This is a beautiful and well renovated property, with lots of space, comfortable beds, AC in every room, everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Very short walk to the beach. Every room is made with taste and makes you feel like home. TV in every room, stunning clean showers.

Fabulous Everything!

The condo was wonderful. Very clean, updated, beautifully decorated, and extremely well stocked/supplied with everyday items needed in Maui. We enjoyed the view from large lanai and were able to eat our meals there. The split AC units made sleeping very comfortable. Our only concern was the spiral staircase leading to the master bedroom and bathroom. We are all grandparents and felt the condo would not be suitable for children under 5, or adults will any kind of mobility issues. Great location! We enjoy walking, and were walking distance to all our favorite shops and restaurants. We never had to drive when we wanted to eat dinner out. We did feel that the pool was too cold and the spa was too warm for our liking, but that is a personal opinion. Overall, an excellent condo and property.
