  • Het beste van Kihei Akahi - Rustige 3e verdieping unit in het C-gebouw met uitzicht op Mt. Haleakala, en de tuin van de Lanai. Loop de straat over naar Kamaole Beach Park II voor uitstekend zwemmen, snorkelen met af en toe zeeschildpadden of een wandeling over het strand. Er zijn twee on-site zwembaden, twee BBQ-gebieden, een tennisbaan (rackets en ballen beschikbaar om te lenen op kantoor), en het terrein is een botanische tuin met veel bloemen en fruitbomen.

    Dit appartement met een slaapkamer / een badkamer is geschikt voor maximaal vier gasten met een queensize bed in de slaapkamer en een slaapbank in de woonkamer met airconditioning. De woonkamer komt uit op een Lanai met prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan, de tuin en de bergen. Houd in de winter een oogje in het zeil voor bultruggen die breken en spuiten terwijl ze voorbij komen.

    De keuken en badkamer zijn in 2008 gerenoveerd. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met grote koelkast, gasfornuis, vaatwasser, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster en alle kookgerei die u nodig heeft. De wasmachine / droger in de unit is handig voor het wassen van strandhanddoeken of kleding. Het apparaat is ook gevuld met strandartikelen (stoelen, parasol, handdoeken, boogieboard, koeler, zandspeelgoed, enz.), Gidsen, romans, spelletjes en nog veel meer. Er is gratis privé-WiFi in het appartement, evenals een tv en dvd-speler voor entertainment op de unit.

Location was perfect. We were there right after all of the flooding and the road was damaged but did not affect our stay at all. Our host was always responsive and made sure we were comfortable! Would surely stay again.:)

Natalie was a great host and was available to contact for any questions which made check in and check out super simple. There was a variety of beach gear that we used which was amazing and it was great how easy it was to get to both the beach and the pool. Definitely recommend eating at Cafe o Lei or Coconuts (their fish tacos are a hit) for dinner and the cinnamon place for breakfast. Don't recommend La Toxica for coffee as their lattes are all milk but their ice cream looked good and had some unique flavors.

We booked this trip at the very minute for business reasons, so I was very happy to find it available. We stayed at Kihei Akahi before in a different unit and really liked the location, so when I saw it was available, I made the reservation. We had a delayed check in because it was so minute, but Natalie offered a late check-out in exchange which we were grateful for. The condo was fully-stocked - chairs, umbrella, boards, towels, pots, pans, and all other kitchenware, even a bit of coffee. AC unit worked great, so we actually slept in the living room on the sleeper sofa since the bedroom was a little too hot for me. The road in front of the property was in the middle of being reconstructed after washing away in the Kona Low storms but we never heard any noise or had any issues with driving in or out of the property. This place is walkable to several restaurants and cafes and is literally a 3 minute walk to KamaOle II or III. Highly recommend!!

Great little condo

If your a couple or traveling alone its great little condo stocked with everything youll need for your stay and the beach is located right off the property driveway and kihei has all the amenities that maui has to offer

Great stay in beach side Condo

Had a great stay at this condo, perfectly located in front of Kamaole II beach. The complex has a BBQ area, pool, and tennis courts, great for families!

I had the most amazing time. The condo is amazing!! I watched the sunset from my balcony. Excellent customer service, the office staff are sweet hearts. I will stay there again.

Overall the stay was amazing. I will be booking this place again! Bed was comfy, plenty of fans provided so I didn’t use the AC, and beach essentials! The lanai was perfect too overlooking the garden.

Excellent lodging, location.

Excellent location, minutes walk across monitored cross walk to beach, restaurants, dive shops. Short drive to amazing snorkeling. Beautiful grounds, friendly helpful staff. Well equipped for cooking, relaxing, including beach chairs, etc. Will book again.

Great stay for a family

Staying in Condo C311 was very convenient. Safe and calm area, two pools which the kids enjoyed very much and walking distance to the beach. Everything as described in the listing and the kids could sleep well on the sofabed. However for adults it might not be stable enough.

Business and pleasure

This spot was perfect for our visit. Excellent location by Kam II in Kihei. The property is well-kept, and the condo met our needs. Many, many more pluses than minuses. Only two minuses are that the A/C doesn't really get into the bedroom, but there were 4 fans in the bedroom that did help keep the room cool for sleeping; and then also the dishwasher was not in working order, but we didn't really care about that. Overall, very pleasant stay!

When we booked the Vrbo we did so with the information of items that were supplied and one was toilet paper, nothing mentioned of a starter packet which we found out later when we were running low while in Maui. Also, when prepping for a the renter make sure everything works properly, the toilet seat was loose a BIG miss. And if ants are prevalent, be sure to have things out to help prevent, we had them crawling in kitchen and bathroom upon arrival. Lastly, get new pillows, the ones that were supplied were unable to be fluffed and the bedspread and shams coverings need replacing…they were dingy. After awhile things need replacing for comfort and cleanliness.
