**While the condo association does perform quarterly pest control services, Maui is a tropical island and is home to many insects including ants, cockroaches, termites, centipedes, scorpions, etc.

In order to reduce the likelihood of attracting these insects, we kindly ask that you please be mindful of leaving open food containers and food crumbs on the counters to avoid attracting these insects.

*We will not refund, in any amount, in the unlikely event that you come across these insects.

***Our unit is within a shared condominium complex. We cannot control outside circumstances including but not limited to: Construction noise, landscaping noise, building maintenance, hallway noise, tennis court noise, swimming pool noise, emergency personal noise, etc.
