This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The resort is across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches (Kamaole Beach 3) which is great for swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour help desk, internet access, and an Activities Desk for your use. As a guest of Kamaole Sands you can pick up a free Maui News each day, as well as enjoy live music and Mai Tai's by the pool each Wednesday from 3-5 PM.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

This place far exceeded our expectations! The host provided us with clear and concise instructions ahead of time that prepared us for our arrival. Getting there and checking in was a breeze and we were given everything we needed from our designated parking slot, gate code access to fitness center/pool, wifi password, etc.) The condo is located in a beautiful resort that offers activities like hula dancing and whale talks on certain days, which all info is given during check-in. Upon arriving at our condo, the place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and fully stocked and furnished with everything we possibly needed during our stay (laundry detergent, beach towels, and beach chairs just to name a few). We were also pleasantly surprised to find a second full bathroom, which my husband and I were able to enjoy two separate bathrooms (always a plus!). There is also a lovely, private, and very spacious lanai, which we spent a lot of time lounging in, that overlooked a view of the beach on your right. We also took advantage of the amenities the resort had to offer such as the fitness center and pool. This resort is located in Kihei, which is about 25 minutes from Kahului airport, 10 minutes from Wailea, 40 minutes from Lahaina and Kaanaapali, and 60 minutes from Haleakala Summit. Driving around everywhere in Maui did not seem long though since there are scenic views all around and we loved taking them in. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this place for your stay in Maui!

Perfect stay!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay! The condo had everything we needed. I cooked quite a bit and all the cookware was a solid brand. We loved how open, airy and beautifully decorated the condo is. The master bedroom and bath are gorgeous! My daughter slept on the pull-out credenza and said it was very comfortable…much more so than your typical couch bed. The lanai was especially nice and very roomy. I’ve stayed in a few other places and the lanai’s tend to be very small. The sectional outside was a wonderful touch and we utilized it every evening. Our family rented condos in the same building so it was easy for us to all get together. We barbecued at the nearby grills which easily sat all 20 of us. The beach across the street is an easy walk to swim, snorkel or to watch the sunset. We will definitely stay here again!

Great spot in Kihei - close to everything

Great property in Kihei. 2 miles to Wailea shops/restaurants and close to all Kihei shops/restaurants. Beaches are all within 5 minute drive or walk across the street to the best beach for watching sunsets. The condo was as advertised - new furnishings, flooring, appliances, bathrooms - everything. Well-furnished kitchen and pool/beach items such as Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella and boogie boards, etc. Balcony is great for eating meals or watching the sun set. It does overlook a parking lot of adjacent condo resort, but the ocean is still viewable when you look to your right. Quiet unit, close to elevator and across parking lot to the pool and meticulously manicured courtyards and excellent bbq facilities with new grills. Entire property was decorated for the holidays as well. Bed was comfortable and the large TVs were great for when we were just hanging out. Brand new appliances as well as washer and dryer. Bathrooms are small but very functional and well-laid out. Only complaint was a couple stains on the comforter. It was clean, but would have preferred a top sheet with a blanket in-between like most hotels do these days. Minor complaint...just a suggestion. Overall a great place to stay - it even still smells new - and I will most likely stay here again in the future!
