Bask in the morning sun overlooking vast Pacific Ocean views right from your cal-king sized bed or sip your morning coffee from your exclusive private lanai. There is a California-king bed in the main bedroom, the second bedroom has two twin beds with its own bathroom with a gorgeous view out over the ocean, an the living room features a queen sleeper sofa. .

Beautiful ocean views off the lanai just a short distance from Mauis Best Beaches! Near dining, entertainment, surfing, theaters, grocery, gasoline, activities, golf, shopping, and all south Maui has to offer. Less than 25 minutes from the airport.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

The condo is in a good location with a great view, however, it has an overpowering mold/mildew smell- probably coming from the sofa and chair. Both those pieces of furniture need to be replaced. The kitchen was adequately furnished. We all felt the condo would be more comfortable with smaller furnishings and getting rid of the smell.

This is our second time in this unit and absolutely love it! So spacious, the added drawers in the master bedroom was perfect! We are able to leave the pullout bed out for the kids our whole stay and still have plenty of room. Had all the dishes, etc we needed. The ability to grill poolside is great as well.The best part of course is the view from both balconies. We will definitely be back! Thank you again!

Good Location

Stay was good. We were disappointed when arrived that there was not a volleyball net as were in all the photos. This was our deciding factor in choosing to stay here vs another potential spot. Also we were given instructions upon our arrival to visit the office but it was closed. Stopped by the next day and it was closed. Place was clean and the location was great.

Overall this rental was very good for a family getaway. Fair price for location. Check in was very smooth and easy… the rental company that works with the owner is amazing! A few early issues were quickly resolved and they were very friendly! The place itself was nice…AMAZING view, quiet, and good location. Pictures were a little deceiving (rooms are very tight with furniture that is way too big for the space… dining table and master bedroom specifically). Starter toiletry pack was VERY basic and unfortunately no toilet paper which was a problem after traveling over 12 hours to get there. Beds were comfortable but showers were a little tight. It was nice to have laundry machines available (you have to load $10 at a time though so do lots of laundry to get your moneys worth 😉). The beach in front of the unit is fine for walking but not very wide and fairly rough for swimming which wasn’t that much of an issue for us since we traveled to different beaches each day. I would recommend this rental for a visit to Maui.

We arrived in the evening. When day light broke, we were amazed by the location and view. The beech is quiet and stunning at the same time. Our unit truly provided Maui! *I provided 4 star on listing because laundry is not in-unit. I read the ad as in-unit.

Absolutely Loved It!!!

This property was fantastic for my two children (6 & 8), mother and husband and myself! The beds were very comfortable, pullout couch was great for my kids and was spacious enough around it to leave out throughout the duration of our stay! They probably are due for a new couch, but again, worked for us and the kids! The view was amazing with gorgeous sunsets. The property manager (Caroll) was fantastic and tended to a couple things we needed in the beginning asap and communication with her was so easy! Their was plenty of space for us to organize our clothes for the 10 days we stayed and loved the bathroom counter space. Laundry was not in unit, but super easy to use with the app system available for use! The pool was chilly, but did not bother our kids one bit and we always were able to get a chair. It could use some updates, but was always crystal clear clean! This is our 4th time in Hawaii and first in VRBO. The location was fantastic for us and were able to get to all sides of the Island very easily. The ABC store down the street was great for quickly running to grab a few things and was a short walk/drive into Kihei. The beach was great, but for swimming a little bit rocky with coral, but for a sandier beach, it’s a quick drive up to Wailea beaches and the hotels are very welcoming to Valet your car, so you can enjoy the beach. We would definitely consider staying here again! You would not be disappointed with this unit. Highly recommend!

My husband and I come to Maui twice a year to visit our grandkids. We truly enjoyed staying at this unit. Beautiful ocean front view. Could use a washer/dryer but overall it was a great place, clean and renovated. Highly recommended!

Good - but could easily be better

We spent 3 weeks on 4 Hawaiian Islands, all booked via vrbo, so we have a comparison. This place was the most expensive and should have been the best, but there are some issues which lead to subtract a star. Good: top location, unobstructed view across lawn, dunes and sea, beautiful in the morning sun, no street noise, interesting building design, Kihei located centrally on Maui for all kinds of excursions, layout of apartment is good per se for a family with 2 grown children. Neutral: apartment is in a larger condominium with all pros and cons that the size brings with it; hardly any useable closet space; somewhat mindless array of kitchen utensils (3 bottle openers but no scissors?); small balconies Issues: Cleaning - dirt all over the place, upon arrival we spent 1 hour cleaning the floors; management stated that the way the apartments are built, it cannot be avoided that sand from the beach blows through the closed windows and doors. We can relate to the wind issue. But that hardly explains remains of potato chips throughout the living room, bread crumbs all over the kitchen counter, used toothpicks on the sofa, the assortment of general debris under the beds. This is not wind, but superficial cleaning and a quick swipe of the hard floors, to distribute the sand and grime instead of removing it. Maintenance - this place could use some. Seals of shower door are desolate, wear & tear on all walls and furniture, broken bedroom door. Responsiveness of management.

25th Anniversary Trip

Our family with 2 teenagers loved the awesome condo showcasing the Brillant sunset each evening. The location (privacy of beach) was nice. We loved the entire island of Maui. We recommend all including Kihei and visiting the nearby communities. Surfing with instructors is a must for the young at heart (...And getting professional photos to prove the success!) Incredible view and beachfront

Nice layout with amazing view. Pool area and BBQ area great. I stayed here with four other ladies. When we arrived the floors made our socks dirty within a few minutes. We found out later that a fine ash dust gets on the floors within 24 hours of cleaning. Got some wet swifter wipes for that problem. We had to spend a lot of time getting the tvs and air conditioner to work. The sofa bed was broken and the lock had to be replaced. These issues were dealt with quickly. Condo needs to be cleaned more thoroughly between guests under beds, etc. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pans, utensils, etc. The view and beachfront were incredible, but no places to go for happy hour, dinner, music that we could walk to.

View was great; check-in process needs work

I absolutely loved being able to have the windows to our two patios open to get the ocean breeze at night. The view was beautiful no matter the time of day. There was a lot of activity around the property during the day but once 10 pm hit, I didn't hear anything but the waves while sleeping with the windows open. I did have some complaints about the check-in process however. We arrived exactly at 4 pm (check-in time) and our room was not finished. We waited until 4:30 for the cleaning staff (who were very nice) to leave. We were hoping to utilize the washer/dryer (not in the room) right away as we had been traveling a few days already but because we checked in on a Saturday, the office in which we were to get the code was closed until Monday at 9 am. (Of course, we had plans all day Monday and wouldn't be around to go to the office.) I emailed the address left for us to get the code and nobody ever responded. We also didn't have the code for the pool but were lucky enough to find another pool-goer to let us in. I definitely suggest this property emails visitors the codes for the pool and washer/dryer or prints them out and leaves them in the property. It's a pain having to track down someone in an office with such limited hours. The laundry/pool were definitely something we wanted to enjoy. We stayed at another property in Kauai during this same trip and they had the code thing down pat by emailing the codes a few days ahead of the trip. It was much more convenient.

Stayed at this condo with my husband, son and his fiancé. Loved the location. Condo was nice and clean. We would stay here again. The only two things I would suggest to the owner is to upgrade 2 of the older beach chairs, and provide a cooler for your guests. Not complaining at all. Just suggesting.

Great view. Central location

Love this place. The beach is not great here but it’s in the middle of everything so it makes it easy to get to all the good beaches. The power did go out for a couple hours one night which was unfortunate. We tried to contact someone about it but couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Nice view of the pool but the one time we took the kids (older kids) to the pool the older group that was there was not happy we were there and made it very uncomfortable. Other then that it was great.

Not what was truly advertised. When we arrived the place looked “tired”. Needs painting

Overall I would rate it a 3 star . Lovely view of water and super sunsets. But really needs some work…painting and thorough cleaning. Loose taps and towel racks in the bathroom… time to do some fixing. Lanai furniture was crumbling… really worn!

The stay was amazing. The master bedroom was a dream. Far from town. But if you have a rental car it's okay.
