'The staff are very warm and helpful. The rooms are clean. It is a peaceful place.'

'Excellent experience! Super friendly staff, good food, good cocktails in the bars, nice vibe in the neighbourhood and cool building. The only negative I can think of is that the doors don't have any rubber/foam insulation, so every time a room or hallway door closes, it makes a lot of noise at night.'

'Just openend and already the perfect mindset regarding service. Nice people, wonderfull restaurant'

'I discovered this hotel by accident. It was not so closely to the government buildings I had to visit, but the raving reviews made me curious. I was not disappointed and the positive reviews are accurate. The airport transfer is for free and the service is timely and service oriented. My suitcase didn't arrive late in the evening but they still waited for me, and helped me the next morning to retrieve my suitcase. The room is spacious and super clean. 'Great and comfy stay'

'I loved the place. Thanks to the staff; Dina, Adeline, the Chef and everyone else. Thank you for making my stay beautiful. I loved the meals as well. I will come back. Highly recommended.'

'The receptionist and cleaning staff were very good and helpful. I will definitely stay there again'

'Very good'

'The staff of the hotel (including the restaurant) is very friendly, highly professional and does the utmost to help the client. My room was very spacious, nice furniture and provided with all amenities. Cleaning was always perfect. The top floor restaurant has a fantastic view on Kigali and serves absolutely remarkable food - fusion kitchen style. I definitely recommend the Hut as an exceptional place where to stay in Kigali. 'Clean room. Easy access to city center.'

'Very nice and comfortable. The owner and the hotel staff are very kind and made all the efforts to make my stay pleasant. I recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.'

'They charged me an amount by my visacard for spendings during our stay. They promissed us to refund the rest of the amount the ones that we didn’t spend. But unfortunately they did not do that. Very unprofessional.'

'Mooie nette studio. Ontbijt is goed.

'Huge room; very clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing! Wifi was a bit spotty, but that seems to be the norm in most places in Rwanda. '
