This spacious home accommodates up to ten guests in absolute comfort. All four king bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms and high-end linens. Two suites are located on the main floor—ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs—while the remaining two, including the luxurious primary suite, are on the second level. No pets, no smoking, no events are allowed. One side of the garage is available for guests to store bikes/gear. The elevator is available for guest use. There is a front door ring camera and a back porch camera for safety.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
