'This was an excellent find. It took a while searching through the properties, but this turned out to be wonderful. It is a lovely guest house with all the amenities. It is close to a shopping center and the beach. My wife was getting her Scuba certification at Seaport Divers, which was a 15-minute walk. (Also, it's a great place!) 'Excellent condo and amenities. Very nice place! Thank you for the use of the beach chairs, boards and cooler in the closet!! The only negative issues centered around the rental property company. They responded promptly via text but with token responses which did not address our questions. 'We’ve stayed at Makahuena Point many times. This unit was great. The kitchen was well stocked and they had all beach supplies we needed — beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, fins, umbrellas. The space was comfortable and had great views. The construction outside of the unit is far away and was not disruptive at all.'

The beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk because this unit is in the back of the complex. When the tide is up there was very little beach.
