The modern kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials and features counter seating for four.
The living room includes a large sofa and TV, along with a bar/beverage area and a separate conversation nook for two beside a bright window. The open layout keeps the kitchen and living spaces connected while still providing several comfortable areas to relax.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Marea's covered outdoor lounge provides a second living and entertaining space surrounded by tropical landscaping. The area includes a dining table for four, comfortable sofa and chair seating, a wall-mounted TV, and ceiling fans for added comfort.
Just beyond the covered lounge, an additional open-air seating area offers more room to relax, along with a gas BBQ grill for outdoor cooking.

Guests have access to shared community amenities during their stay:

PARKING + EV CHARGING (Tesla)
Covered parking is available at the home and leads into the outdoor patio area. Additional parking is also available, with space for up to 3 vehicles total.
A Tesla charger is available for guest use.

-This property is not pet friendly
-The interior living spaces are located on the second floor
-A golf cart is located on-site but is NOT available for guest use
-There is no boat or dock access available with this rental
-Community amenities are shared and may be subject to availability, maintenance, posted hours, and community rules.
-All guests must be registered/approved by HOA.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

-All guests must sign our rental agreement as required by Florida law.

-Minimum booking age is 25. A valid photo ID is required after booking.

-An accurate guest count must be provided before arrival.

-No pets allowed

-No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the residence, patio, and common areas

-No parties or events are permitted. Unauthorized guests on the property may result in additional fees and/or immediate eviction

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

-Guests must follow all building rules and respect neighboring residences and shared spaces.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide starter supplies including trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate the home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

SAME-DAY BOOKINGS
Same-day bookings require company approval. Guests must provide information about their group and purpose of stay. If approved, a government-issued ID is required for verification. Your phone number must match the phone number registered on your account, or your reservation cannot be honored.

Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day bookings require a minimum of 3 hours before check-in, and check-in may be extended later than 4:00 PM.
