'We stayed for just under 3 weeks and had a lovely stay. A really charming and cute little cottage, hidden away behind the main street in Kimbolton. Though the kitchen is very compact, the air fryer and induction stove meant we could make some meals, and everything else about the cottage is cozy and welcoming. The hosts are great, and Rebecca was always very swift to respond to any questions or requests. Highly recommended.'

'The Old Postoffice is echt fantastisch! Het is een prachtig, met zorg opgeknapt en gezellig "echt Engels" ingericht huisje dat van alle gemakken voorzien is (alleen geen vaatwasser). De eigenaars wonen er naast en zorgen dat het je aan niets ontbreekt tijdens je verblijf, je voelt je echt welkom. Vooral ook zeer schoon! Een echte aanrader.'

'Very close to Rutland water. Loads to do at Rutland. Rural location only accessable by car. The owner kindly let us charge the car at the house (we worked out and paid for the electricity used). I was pleased to find there is a freezer in the kitchen. There were lots of kitchen utensils which made cooking easy.'

'Via de app contact gehad met verhuurder. Zij woonden ernaast en hebben zich niet voorgesteld of welkom geheten! Alleen app contact tijdens verblijf ! Erg onpersoonlijk! Na een warme week geen schoon beddengoed en handdoeken gekregen! Erg slecht vonden wij! Geen hang en of legkast op de slaapkamer dus je moest via de koffer op de grond je kleding pakken! Slaapkamer en badkamer zijn eigenlijk te klein! De hele benedenverdieping zou men daar eigenlijk voor moeten inrichten Geen tuin . Jammer'

'Great little lodge nestled in the rolling countryside between Drayton and Medbourne. Perfect location for a quiet family break which is surrounded by great walking opportunities and a short drive to the local towns and Rutland waters. Would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'

'Front door is 5 yards from busy A43. Contacted owner for key code Friday am for Friday stay did not reply till 14.21 Sunday. Builders next door Hammering just after 7 Saturday and Monday. Cover on front bed filthy. Toilet seat not attached correctly. No logs provided for log burner or tools. Welcome pack not as advertised no wine no milk no eggs no crisps small loaf. Outside area no parasols cushions left outside dirty and cigarette burn, and a broken chair. Broken glass in cupboard. Very noisy...

'The pictures don’t do the property justice! Such a nice place and area, although it was a tad dirty when we arrived so had to clean up a bit. The host was communicative and told me all the information I needed to know, was a great stay with my family and friends for my birthday :)'
