Warm Springs Condo! Walking Distance to Chairlift!

Located on Warm Springs Creek and a block and a half away from the Warm Springs Ski lifts, this elegantly furnished condo boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

There are 2 primary suites, each with a king bed and Roku smart TV - one on the main floor and one on the second floor. Both suites have private bathrooms; the one upstairs has a tub and a separate shower. The second floor provides an additional living area with its own 32” Roku smart TV, DVD and sound system. There is also a third bathroom and two additional bedrooms with queen size beds.

The outside area includes a spacious south facing deck with great views of the Warm Springs ski runs. In addition to the deck area it includes some outdoor furniture. No BBQ at this unit. Electric BBQ at this unit.

This unit is a short walk from the Warm Springs lift and has full use of the Prospector amenities, including the
hot tub in winter and summer pool, 2 tennis courts, and pickle ball court with community picnic area and kids play ground. There is also access to warm springs creek in summer. The laundry facility is just across the parking area from the condo. **This unit only allows parking for one vehicle. No extra parking is permitted.
Prospector property parking between March 19-29, 2025 WILL BE LIMITED TO 1 CAR PER UNIT ONLY.


Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum.

Please be advised that this home does not have air conditioning and no washer dryer. Unit has ceiling fans in all upstairs bedrooms and floor fans.

The condo was perfect for our stay. Comfy beds, plenty of space in the condo. Welcome amenities made for an easy arrival into our stay. Well stocked, plenty of extras including towels for the pool/hot tub and humidifiers for each bedroom. We didn’t use the pool or laundry but did see where they were. Excellent location to warm springs slopes and bus stop.Very clean

Perfect ski location

This condo was perfect for our ski weekend. We love being able to walk to the slopes. Location is ideal! The condo was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of 6. We loved the fireplace and open kitchen family room for gathering and playing games. Management was one of the best we have encountered. Great communication and friendly and even had someone come and help with some tv issues. We would stay here again!

VRBO stay in Sun Valley Idaho

All enjoyed the property, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and family room, living room specially, the big dining room table which we play a dozen games or more over the rainy weekend. Would encourage anyone interested in this area to stay at this property.

Great Location

We loved our stay at this property and would definitely rent here again. The hot tub was conveniently located just behind the building making it easy to access on cold evenings. Communications with the property management was excellent, they were very accommodating and the condo had everything we needed. The location is very convenient to the slopes, an easy walk in ski boots. The only suggestion I have is to replace the dresser in the downstairs master suite as most of the drawers do not open and close properly. Also, just an FYI, I did not realize until we arrived that there is no half bath downstairs, as we were traveling with small children the first floor master bath was also the primary bath used by the children traveling with us - not a big deal but just something to be aware of.

Excellent stay for two families!

Clean, spacious, well stocked and an easy walk (4 minutes) to the slopes. Enjoyed the hot tub, which was large and nicely heated. The only odd thing was the doors kept locking in the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom and may be a good idea to change the door knobs upstairs. Besides that, we loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you!

Heaven in Warm Springs

This home is truly amazing. It accommodated two families, 8 people total, perfectly. Adults each had the 2 master bedrooms and 4 kids each shared the 2 additional bedrooms. TV loft upstairs was perfect for the kids to hang out in while the adults were downstairs. Perfect size and great storage areas for ski/board gear. SO close to Warm Springs lift. About a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect location, perfect size

Two families of 4 spent mid-winter break at this property. I only have good things to say about it. It was the perfect size for 8 people. The kids had their own living space upstairs and the grown ups took the downstairs. Extremely well appointed, very cozy, stylish and just a great place to call home during our stay. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to Warm Springs lodge and lifts. We will definitely come back to this place.
