« Great place to stay. It's a little noisy but for a few day trip it's not bad at all. The surrounding area is very walkable. There's a great coffee shop just outside of the building too! My partner and I drove here in their car and didn't have to use it once besides leaving at the end of our trip. The room is very clean as well. It has everything you'll need for a short stay. »

Location was the best - right across from the water and within walking distance to Pikes Market, restaurants, walking trail, Pioneer Square, etc. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable in a very secure area. Communication with owner was great. So nice to have 2 reserved underground parking spaces! »

« Four adults stayed in this apartment. The check in process was simple enough. The parking was big enough for our Subaru Forester and VERY appreciated. The apartment was cute, nicely furnished, and super close to the convention center, paramount theater, and plenty of restaurants. It felt very safe and secure. Definitely take a look at the city on the roof at night! »

« All in all a nice stay for the price. The check-in process at the buildings entrance was a challenge. Once in, you have access to a key fob making getting in much easier. The loft presented itself nicely. Simple, yet cozy. Close to some restaurants and a bar but some unsavory characters linger around this area at night. « Toni was great, she met us and showed us how to work all of the security measures for the property and gave us a tour of the place. She even alerted us to a major parade that was happening that would make navigating in to the area difficult which allowed us to adjust our arrival time to avoid everything. Place was awesome super clean and had everything we needed. »
