"This is the first hotel ever where they ask you every day if you are happy with your room or if you have any complaints. My room was clean. The service you get from the staff is excellent. I will definitly come back. The location was perfect. Walkable to Java House and CJ's, supermarket. And it is easy to get an Uber to go to the shopping malls. "Fairview Hotel is echt een groen paradijs midden in de stad! Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en de sfeer is zo rustgevend. Heel fijn dat het restaurant 24 uur per dag open is. Het eten was er heerlijk. Ook het zwembad en de kamer waren super. We hebben een nacht bij aankomst in Kenia hier geslapen en vonden het zo fijn dat we de laatste dag van de vakantie nog een nacht hebben geboekt."

"Accommodation was located near the airport, not on the airport. Not an issue at all as the hotel offers free transfers. Rooms are nice and very well cleaned. Staff is very helpful and friendly both at reception and in the restaurant. Only point of attention would be to confirm to customers that transfers have been arranged. "
