Cottages in Kenia

'The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...

'Judy was great to work with. Staff friendly and attentive to needs. Pleasant stay with a private and well maintained swimming pool. Bedrooms large and airy. Plenty of clean linens and robes.'

'Die Anzeige hatte nahezu überhaupt nichts mit dem tatsächlichen Objekt zu tun. Klimaanlage, TV und weitere in der Anzeige erhaltene Geräte waren nicht vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht, der Pool in einem renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand. Es war mir nicht möglich in diese Unterkunft zu bleiben, habe mir eine Alternative gesucht. Einzig die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief gut. '
