« On a short stay, the first 2.5 days were without wifi. I could not connect and when I inquired about the situation, I was given a customer service number for me to call. I called and spent way too much time on the phone with no results. Finally, a staff member checked the access point in my room and determined that it was not working. They replaced it and I was able to connect. I did all of the troubleshooting for them and asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and was told I could...

« Great place to stay ! The rooms were very nice and clean and very cold A/C. Best value around for a stay, and its close to Barge 295 and Cabos if you like the night life. The breakfast was very nice, omelets, belguim waffles, and all sorts of other items. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend. »

« Room was clean and comfortable. View of the lake was nice. Mattress wasn't my favorite, but it wasnt awful. The pool and swim up bar area is amazing! My husband and I did a weekend trip to relax and the pool area did the trick!!! »

« Great hotel, well maintained, good breakfast selection, clean, curious staff, good bed and bedding. The only issue I had is the location of the hotel. It is located in the industrial city full of refineries, factories and ongoing construction...The constant smog in the air, water taste and smell of the air is horrible. If I knew where the hotel was located, I would have NEVER booked any of the hotels within 100 miles radius of that city . »
